Before becoming a part of our team, Ms. Brumfield was a Plan Analysts/Claims Administrator for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee Faye D English. Ms. Brumfield’s duties included review of Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, schedules, plan, pleadings, and other documents to ensure compliance with United States Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, local rules, Trustee positions, and all other applicable law. She also drafted and filed objections to confirmation, orders confirming Chapter 13 plans, reviewed proofs of claims.
Prior to her career as a paralegal, Ms. Brumfield proudly served our country as a Petty Officer 3rd Class Aviation Boatswains Mate for over four years in the United States Navy.
